[IG-TUT] Getting low fps in minecraft, double your fps with Optifine!

For all you laggers and 30 fps without hekz on their computers, I am going to show you something magical.
Optifine: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.
This WORKS, i barely hit 25 fps at peaks now after installing it i get 30 fps in laggy areas and 70 fps at peaks.
(This is pretty much spoutcraft with more of a fps boost and more options like spoutcraft had.)
Also has an IN-GAME texture pack changer which is useful.
Installation Tut:

First download the SMOOTH version.
While downloading open your .minecraft through run, by putting %appdata%
NOTE: recommend you save your minecraft jar just in case anything screws up, and your jar file may corrupt.
Open .minecraft and the bin file, open the jar file which should be called minecraft with winwar or 7zip etc.
Now delete the META-INF folder.
Open the the optifine file and minecraft jar file in separate windows while being able to see each window. Highlight all the files in the download and drag them into your minecraft jar folder let them transfer and close all the windows.
Run minecraft and enjoy!

Kinda late but.... I used to only get about 70 fps.
Instals Optifine and....

should I go with optifine or optifine smooth?, (ik '?,' shouldn't happen) what is difference?

I went with smooth and it almost tripled my fps
